New Build Roofing Project in Eastbourne

On behalf of the house builder this roofing project involved the tiling of 18 new build properties in Eastbourne. The tiles used were Sandtoft 20/20 interlocking clay plain tiles and associated dry fix ridge and valley systems. The dormers and low level porches were weathered using Cefil RP1.5mm mechanically fixed single ply membrane.
