Pub Conversion in Bromley

Redwing Roofing secured the contract to complete the roofing works on the conversion of this old pub in Bromley. The project included stripping the existing property back to the original rafters, installing new rigid PIR insulation and counter battens above rafter and then tiling the mansard and pitched elevations using Marley Eternit Ashurst plain tiles from the Ashdowne Range. There was also a large amount of lead work to the central box gutter, dormers and chimneys which was undertaken by our specialist lead workers. To the rear of the property there is a low level single ply extension with PPC perimeter capping’s.
